
The project “Youth and Social Inclusion in the Multicultural City” focuses on the future development of social activity among young people in Bulgaria and Romania, emphasizing social cohesion and civic belonging in society.

In the youth exchange that took place in Razgrad and Pleven, 50 young people from Bulgaria and Romania participated. They included members of youth organizations, guard units and orchestras, volunteers, youth activists, pupils, and students, accompanied by four leaders from each country. Representing the Romanian Guard was Lieutenant Teodor – Mihail Petrișor from the 30th Guard Brigade “Mihai Viteazul,” while from the Bulgarian side, it was Sergeant Dimitar Borisov from the National Guard Unit.
Over the course of 10 days, the young people and leaders worked intensively together on topics such as teamwork, leadership, creativity, organizational behavior, analytical thinking, and respecting cultural differences. A variety of training activities and sessions were scheduled, along with numerous physical and creative activities.
