DAY 4
Today is the fourth day of the “Youth and Social Inclusion in the Multicultural City” project. We held our last training session at the Ludogorets base. It was competitive, making it the most enjoyable. Later, we participated in a role-playing game about decision-making, showcasing different styles of decision-making in random situations.
Following that, we had lunch and gathered to fill out questionnaires. Afterward, we analyzed the results concerning the inclusion of young people in projects and initiatives related to civic engagement. We were also asked questions about how young people can be supported and how we measure the significance of their participation.
The activities continued with interviews with Ludogorets’ Executive Director Angel Petrichev and the team’s goalkeeper Vlado Stoyanov. Their responses were extremely intriguing, and we learned that being the director of Bulgaria’s champion and part of the team is not easy. We discovered fascinating insights into their lives and how they reached their current positions.
After concluding the interviews, we returned to the hotel, where we took some time to reflect on what we have learned so far and how we might use it. Dinner was excellent, and we headed to our rooms for some rest. We eagerly look forward to the next day.
