DAY 3
The day began with a discussion on sports and health, accompanied by physical activity, at the Ludogorets base. We talked among ourselves about the limits of exertion and how far sports contribute to health. We continued with an intense workout, including warm-up exercises, coordination drills, and a full-body Tabata program, which exhausted us but filled us with positive energy for the upcoming events. After this activity, we returned for lunch.
Later, we held a debate on whether universal human values exist. We learned to recognize and distinguish between concepts like values and goods and to practice self-criticism regarding the extremes of an active passive citizen. After the discussion, we took a short break before moving on to a lecture about social networks and whether they represent our civic engagement. There were interesting viewpoints on the restriction of social networks for minors.
We continued with discussions on “Healthy Eating and Me,” where we learned about the right lifestyle, how to eat healthily, and why it is beneficial for us, presented by the personal physician of Team Ludogorets. Dinner awaited us, after which we chatted among ourselves.
